The hotel is ideally situated in a very good area of Bangkok with excellent metro connections and close to Union Mall. The rooms come with fair-sized balconies which add a nice touch. The service, however, could use some improvement, particularly in housekeeping. The dining options offer original dishes, but the facilities are somewhat lacking. Overall, a decent value for money choice.
